***Credit Counseling Certificate. My experience has been that Hummingbird Credit
Counseling Agency has been the easiest to use. You may contact them at http://www.hummingbird.org/,
or by calling 1-800-645-4959. By law, credit counseling agencies must provide this
service for free to those who cannot afford it. Ask them if you qualify for a free
certificate. Finally, give them my fax # (803) 407 3345 to fax the certificate once
you have completed the course.
